Becoming an In Home Pet Service Franchisee can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. During that time, we go through a series of steps to insure that you are a right fit in our company and that we are a right fit for you!
Following is a general breakdown of the process:
Step 1. - After you have reviewed all of the resources we have provided, begin by filling out our online application. After receiving your application, we will thoroughly review it to make sure you meet all the qualifications. We will then contact you by email to discuss your application in further detail and get to know you a little more about you and your goals.
Step 2. - We will set up a phone interview. Our first phone interview will discuss aspects of the franchise in more detail and give you the opportunity to have more detailed questions answered. We may have one or several phone conversations before the next step.
Step 3. - FDD document and/or Face-to-Face Meeting. Strong Canidates for a franchise will be sent a copy of our FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) or it will be given during a meeting at our headquarters in NY. At this time, you will be have the opportunity to view the documents and have them reviewed by your lawyer. We will assist you in any way we can to make your final decision. We strongly encourage an in-person meeting if you are in our area.
Step 4. - Initial Fee and Training Begins! Congrats! After your franchisee agreement is signed and the initial fee paid, you will begin your training and be on the way to becoming an owner of an In Home Pet Services franchise! You will then be loaned a copy of our confidential Operations Manual and we will assist you in setting up and growing your business.
